Insulation

As standard, the house is insulated with 200 mm rock wool in the walls, floor and roof.
Additional protective membranes are used to improve durability and airtightness.

Standard: 200 mm rock wool + windproof membrane (200 g) + moisture-resistant membrane + bottom protection against rodents

Available options (additional):

Increased insulation thickness (e.g. 250–300 mm)
Alternative insulation materials depending on the requirements or project
Additional sealing for improved energy efficiency

Note: the final configuration and price depend on the selected option.

Windows and Doors

As standard, double-glazed windows are installed to provide a good balance of thermal and acoustic performance.

Available options (additional):

Triple glazing
Wooden or alternative window profiles
Colour and hardware options

Note: solutions are adapted according to the model and requirements.

Interior Finish

As standard, the interior walls and ceilings are finished with 12 mm wooden panelling.

Gypsum boards (for painting / modern interiors)
Alternative finishing materials depending on the design
Flooring options depending on the requirements

Note: finishing solutions are agreed individually.

Exterior Finish

As standard, the façade is finished with 18 mm wooden cladding, painted in a colour of your choice.

Roof

The roofing material is selected according to the roof type to ensure durability and weather resistance.

Standard: mono-pitch roof – Classic sheet metal roofing; flat roof – two-layer bitumen membrane (rubber coating)

Bathroom

The bathroom is included in the standard price and is fully prepared for comfortable use.

Additional furniture, mirror and accessories

Heating

As standard, an air-to-air heat pump is installed, providing an economical and efficient heating solution.
